Report for Expert Users

The basic output of the ERST process is a series of capsule descriptions on the behavioural implications indicated by the results of the NEO personality inventory (NEO-PI-3 version), together with a series of structured questions (based on research pioneered by Selection Research Inc), which include definitions of ‘acceptable’ or ‘unacceptable’ responses. The trained user can then use these questions and candidate responses to make an evaluation of likely work-specific behaviours.

Detailed Report and Conclusions

Untrained or time constrained users can request a more intensive service, where all elements of the ERST process (including a structured interview – conducted online or by telephone – and a detailed report) are produced by one of our principals to assist those making a final decision to form a conclusion about the individual’s candidacy.
